The Client hereby understands and agrees that, payment of the agreed amount(s) shall construe a contractual relationship between the parties, pursuant to which the Service Provider shall make all efforts to reserve the date(s) and time(s) mutually agreed upon in writing, or specified as the date(s) and time(s). Should the relevant date(s) or time(s) be unavailable from the outset of negotiations, no payment shall be required and the parties shall agree that no enforceable contract has been effected.

The Service Provider shall complete the Services, as mutually agreed, during the relevant date(s) and time(s), in fulfillment of these contractual obligations. Any additional stipulations shall be considered special terms, and shall be mutually agreed between the parties, at least one (1) week prior to the agreed date(s) and time(s).

The Client shall transfer to the Service Provider the agreed amount(s) by the Service Providers payment method of choice, and it is agreed that any outstanding amount(s) shall be supplied at the culmination of the Service Providers satisfaction of his duties under this contract, upon the relevant date(s) and time(s), unless advanced payment is specified by the Service Provider.

It is further understood that the Service Providers reliance on this reservation of date(s) and time(s) is to the Service Providers detriment, and thus the payment of any agreed sums shall be deemed non-refundable in the instance that the Client cancels in advance, upon the agreed date(s) or time(s) or fails to satisfy any of the above obligations.
